Refund & Return Policy for NexGen Performance

At NexGen Performance, we want every athlete to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Customized or personalized items (including custom colorways, numbering, or logos) are non-refundable unless defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us at NexGen Performance with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We will gladly exchange defective or incorrect items at no additional cost. For size exchanges or preference changes, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
